We try to keep to traditional beer recipes that work, and all our beers are made in the traditional way. We aim to please a variety of drinkers with differing tastes and offer a wide range to achieve this, producing seven beers so far.....although we are always thinking of new ideas for beer!

We do our best to keep consistency once we have a recipe that we know works, and generally the feedback which comes from the drinkers is positive which makes it all worthwhile!

We mainly sell by the firkin (9 Gallon / 72 pints) but do also have a limited number of pin casks (4.5 gallon / 36 pints) - prices available on request.

Although we don't have our own outlet (maybe one day.....) we sell our beer in and around our local area and have listed a few of our regular outlets below:
